Meet Shirley Lodziato, DMD

Dr. Shirley Lodziato earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Lodziato completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. She enjoyed practicing as a general dentist for 2 years before pursuing her passion in pediatric dentistry.

Advancing her education, she completed her Pediatric Dentistry Fellowship and Residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in The Bronx, NY. During her specialty training, she gained invaluable experience in various modes of behavior management, evidence-based dentistry, and child growth and development.

Dr. Lodziato is a board-certified pediatric dentist whose gentle and compassionate tone creates a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for her patients. She specializes in providing individualized care to each pediatric patient, including infants, children, and adolescents. She values communication with both the child and parent which she believes will create long-lasting and trusting relationships to help them obtain a lifetime of positive oral health habits.

Dr. Lodziato is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through a voluntary commitment to lifelong learning and expansion of her knowledge in dentistry.

When not in the office, Dr. Lodziato enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and reading a good book.
