Michael Goldkind, DMD

Michael Goldkind, DMD, is an award-winning orthodontist practicing at Flanders Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Flanders, New Jersey. Dr. Goldkind’s patients recognized his skill and compassionate demeanor as a New Jersey Favorite Kids’ Doctor in New Jersey Family Magazine, where he is also named a top orthodontist in the state.

He bases his treatment philosophy on open communication with his patients and their parents while utilizing the latest advancements in orthodontics to deliver individualized treatment plans for successful orthodontic outcomes.

Dr. Goldkind earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Connecticut (UConn) in Mansfield, where he also earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine. An excellent student, Dr. Goldkind received the prestigious J. and E. Greenberg and James E. Kennedy awards for outstanding academic performance at UConn, and the pre-doctoral student award from the Academy of Dentistry for Persons with Disabilities. After graduate school, Dr. Goldkind obtained a certificate in orthodontics from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark.

Dr. Goldkind is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Association of Orthodontists, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

When he is not at work, Dr. Goldkind enjoys spending time with his wife, Anessa, and their two children, Grayson and Carys. He is often found playing ice hockey and golf.
