Mary Beth Giacona, DDS, of Flanders Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics in Flanders, New Jersey, is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She specializes in the treatment of cleft palate and is the craniofacial doctor at the practice.
Dr. Giacona attended Stuyvesant High School, an invitation-only high school designed to meet the needs of academically gifted students in New York City. She then completed her bachelor’s degree at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, before pursuing dentistry.
Dr. Giacona graduated from Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine and completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, both in New York City. In addition to her work at Flanders Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, she is an assistant clinical professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University and a member of the craniofacial team at both New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City and Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey.
When she’s not at the office, Dr. Giacona enjoys spending time with her four children and painting.
